You promised you wouldn’t do this again.

So what had happened???

You know what I’m talking about… that dream, your plans or goals you were so adamant about birthing at the beginning of this year.

Remember?

Have you finished? Are you almost there?

We’re 1/2 way into the year and if you’re anything like the old you, I’m betting you haven’t even started yet!

Trust me I get it.

Procrastination is something we all fall victim to on occasions.

Life is hectic and sometimes has you heavily burdened with things you feel like you just have to do. It’s easy to find yourself wishing for more hours in the day so you can catch up on the things you’ve neglected and care about most.

You’ve probably wished you had more time to:

  • date & find love
  • finally start your dream business
  • spend more time with your kids
  • start telling your story (and get paid doing it)
  • teach a class
  • quit your job
  • do more community service
  • or research how to buy a house!

The truth is – – – there are several things in your life you’ve chosen to ignore.

You in no way should be proud of that, but you should at least acknowledge it’s a relevant reality in your life. The danger is that, “ignore” is another word for “excuse.”

And like I’ve always told you,

“Excuses are the little lies you secretly tell yourself and ultimately try to sell to other people.”

Don’t let anyone fool you into believing life is long; it isn’t. Life is short and I guarantee you this ain’t a dress rehearsal. You only get one chance to make the best of what God has blessed you to experience!

3 Questions I want you to Ask Yourself Now:

  1. What’s the one thing that’s been calling you?
  2. How long are you going to choose to ignore it?
  3. What excuses have you’ve been telling yourself that have detoured, deferred or discouraged you from going after your dreams?

Listen, I understand the voice deep down inside of you that started as a whisper and now it’s turned into a scream. There’s been something calling you so loudly, you don’t know how to turn the volume down.

My advice – – – Don’t.

I want you to face the thing you fear and have been running from the most!

This year isn’t over yet; you still have a few months left!

Have the courage to start being proactive about your goals, your dreams and what you know in your heart you really want.

This is just me checking up on you to keep you on track. I want to see you winning this year in every way!

I’m here for you and I’m committed to helping you live your best life!

So quit actin’ funny! You got this! 🙂

“Keep the faith, keep making it happen and remember to stay out of your own way!”

Thanks for sharing Bianca’s story. The journey of life is often upset by the reality of death. In truth I haven’t always rebounded from the wounds to the heatt by those who’ve moved on from this earthly plane. Your story is another reminder of what o already know, yet need reminding of “as long as I am here, I need to be thankful, honest and clear, in order to carry on with my journey.” Grandparents are like rare jewels, they can shine throughout the pressures of the long haul, they are not stalled for very long; resources of priceless hope and encouragement to any who’ll partake of their sharing. I needed to hear this story today as I realign in moving onward and forward. Indeed, being present is a gift that unfolds more than is ever told. God bless
